Copenhagen will be world's first CO2-neutral capital by 2025. Dynniq improves traffic by using intelligent transportation systems like its adaptive control system Imflow and its innovative cooperative system Greenflow. The improved management of traffic congestion and improving conditions for traveling by public transport Copenhagen already produced a CO2 reduction of 25,000 tons per year. Dynniq contributes to the transformation of cities into Smart Cities!
Norfolk County Council contracted Dynniq to deliver connectivity between traffic lights, while saving cost. We provide a reliable, scalable and flexible digital communications network in order to control intelligent roadside equipment. This consists of a wireless network over three of the major urban areas. This 'spend to save' project saves approximately £1 million GBP over a 12 years contract.
WPS Parking Systems have a full control center equipped for operation of the parking management, CCTV and intercom systems of the underground car park Boulevard – Zeezicht in the municipality of Katwijk. Both entrances have an in-and outbound lane and an exchange lane. Now it is possible to increase lane capacity during rush hours. The lanes are closed during the day with quick WPS-229 barriers and in the evening situation with speed gates. WPS provided cashless payment system Park Advance ™. The WPS equipment is also connected to the local route information system. The visitors and residents appreciate the car park, rating it a score of 8.5/10.
WPS Parking Systems have provide the Campus of Hogeschool Windesheim with a new parking management system. It concerned an integration of 3 car parks. All parking lots and car parks are managed remotely with ParkiD ™ parking management system and Park parking Advance ™ equipment. Parkers ' drive in and out based on barcode, mifare subscriptions card or license plate recognition. Students can upgrade their student card for parking on campus.
Dynniq is part of the consortium that developed SolaRoad. It is the first project in the world where solar panels are incorporated in the road. The pilot started in Krommenie in 2014, with a cycle path of nearly 100 meters. Dynniq gives a new impetus to the growth of sustainable and renewable energy with SolaRoad. The Netherlands should look for other possibilities for a full renewable energy supply; by integrating solar cells into the pavement, roads suddenly become an interesting option. It takes no extra space or installation and the landscape and nature remain intact.
By the end of 2020, 80% of residents of the European Union will be provided with a smart meter to reduce energy consumption. We think it is important to contribute to a sustainable future and we were delighted with the contract for the installation of smart meters. Dynniq, as main contractor of an area, is completely responsible for the client process for changing the electricity and gas meters and remedial work. This includes the logistics surrounding the delivery of electricity and gas meter and the contact with the customer.
